Windows XP: What DVD player do you use?

So I just realized that my my school computer does not have a default application to play DVDs like the DVD app for Mac. What program/plugin do you suggest to fix this problem?

Personally I use PowerDVD 7 but the main reason behind that is for HD playback. I believe that VLC is a good free choice.

VLC Player is capable of playing video DVDs.
