Just wondering if someone had any ideas or pointers into what may be causing this, I installed Windows8 on a new iMac 27" recently. on the whole everything is working ok now.
I installed FarCry3 and plugged in a pair of headphones ( ones that I have regularly used before on other iMacs) The Intro Movie played fine, through the headphone but as soon as the game starts the sound started coming through the mac , and it was fairly faint too. If I change the volume up or down, I can still hear the bleep in the headphones and its significantly louder then the game sound I hear coming from the mac.
If its a driver issue, any ideas what I can try?
