This evening, I am sipping an excellent white Burgundy, (a Grand Vin de Bourgogne), by name Château de Santenay, from Saint-Aubin.

White Burgundies are always made from the Chardonnay grape.

Picked up some creme de cocoa, coffee liqueur, and some sherry (for the kitchen).

A Smith and Kearns is a perfect way to finish a heavy meal (ribeye, garlic potatoes, and asparagus).

A flight of barrel aged stouts: coffee, bourbon, and vanilla bourbon. And I’m following it with an aged passion fruit pomegranate sour ale. Tasty!

Sounds fantastic; and an aged passion fruit pomegranate sour ale sounds amazing. I love that style and taste.

My last beer of the night is a beverage called "Op & Top" a 'Hoppy Blond' from the Browerij De Molen.

Dude, I’m surprised you can still type after trying all of those! 😛

Sounds like it was an excellent event.

Let's just say it was a long night lol... Thank you UBER and Lyft! Keep in mind they are only supposed to be 3 oz pours, but well they can go a little bigger and boy those are some power pours!

Going to another festival next month in Long Beach which should be a blast also!

This evening's beer is from The Wild Beer Company and is called Jambo. It is an Imperial Stout plus Chocolate plus Raspberries. Lovely, rich, tart and sour.
