WineBottler: How to make an app self-contained that requires data folders?

I'm having a bit of trouble with WineBottler. The application I'm trying to bottle works perfectly in the Wine environment, but when bottled it exhibits issues - it complains about being unable to find some of its data folders. Is there a way to fix this? The Windows application I'm using is called Castles of Adventure (Note: Site linked to will not function without Silverlight 2 or later).

I've been trying this myself (trying to get the old windows Space Cadet pinball to work) but couldn't figure it out. Have you had any luck with it?

I have had no success yet, sadly. 🙁

It runs just fine in CrossOver Mac but not when bottled with WineBottler, for some reason.
