Hi there,

I have successfully installed WineBottler on my Mac (El Capitan OSX).

I have tried to install an .exe called Andica (a business software).

It seemed to all install correctly, but when I open the programme it says this:

" Andica Software has encountered a problem.

Argument 'Expression' cannot be converted to type 'System.Int32' "

Has anyone got any idea what that is about and what I can do to try and rectify it?

Thanks in advance,

T

Thanks Maflynn,

I wish I'd known that there was a site for checking compatibility before buying the Andica software!

Can you suggest another software like Wine that would potentially be compatible?

Not wine but rather I'd check out VMware, Parallels and/or VirtualBox. The latter being open source is free, but you need to supply your own windows license. I'd say it runs better then WINE because you're running an actual copy of Windows instead of emulating it which WINE does
