There are named things like 56ygjnhhdi9774ijdh9983wueu, but if you have iFile you can navigate to the same location and it'll have a name (turn on "Application Names" in settings)

Right, I think that is what made OP confused. You don't have to use iFile, you can just open any of the folders in /private/var/mobile/Applications and the app name will be in there.
Thank you so fare, I found the apps but like you said looks like 56ygjnhhdi9774ijdh9983wueu, so how do i turn the "apps name on", I checked on my iphone I don't see the option neither on winspc, and if i turn on that option will i see my tomtom there and could i save it on my laptop.
thank you
Open up the "56ygjnhhdi9774ijdh9983wueu" file and the app name will be in there with the .app extension. It should say "tomtom.app" or something like it.
OR: Download "iFile" from Cydia, open it up and hit the little button that looks like a gear on the bottom left corner of the toolbar. This is the settings. About halfway down there is an option called "Application Names". By default, this is turned off. Turn the switch to on.
I did download the ifile and have "name option on" but still did show the full names on the winspc.
Any ways I found the installous apps on the document file,
var>mobile>documents>unstallous>downloads.
thank you
