Winterboard - User Wallpaper is not working

The User Wallpaper option that comes with Winterboard has stopped working for me. Usually if I selected it, it would match whichever wallpaper I had selected in the native options menu.

Any ideas on how to get it back?

mine never worked in the first place. I jailbroke last night. Everything else seems perfect! help!
