I'm new to the whole Windows on Mac scenario, and just installed XP via Fusion on my MBP.

The question I have is, I would prefer to have IE7 (for testing site development) run in Unity mode on it's own without me having to start Fusion every time. Is this possible to do? eg, like having the IE icon on my dock, where once it's clicked it just opens in itself.. if this is possible.

    Many thanks!

I'm pretty sure this was discussed somewhere on VMware's Fusion
    discussion forum. Try looking there.

    1. Run VMware

    2. Switch to Unity Mode

    3. From the VMware "Applications" menu run Programs | Internet Explorer

    4. Hide VMware Fusion

    5. Minimize IE (icon should appear in OSX Dock)
