[WIP]"That one theme"

I have managed to center my date perfectly with the wallpaper by editing the Widget.html file.

If you scroll down to the near bottom where it says "<table style="position: absolute"> etc...I edited the 5px to 0px and where it says text align = RIGHT, I changed to CENTER.
 
Has anyone figured out how to get the wallpaper to stop disappearing when you open folders and then reappearing once the folder is closed? I've read the suggestion to delete Wallpaper.png out of Suave HD's.theme root, but there is no Wallpaper.png in my theme folder(s). Nothing appears to be working.
 
trayanscragg, thank you for getting back to me. Yeah, that's the wallpaper I was looking for. I really like the "3d" effect you have on the box, making it look like it has a little bit of depth to it. Do you think you could post your psd for it, if you still have it, so I can apply it to my own wallpaper? Yours has a bit too much noise for my taste. Thanks buddy.
 
Can anyone make one that works for 4x4 dense? I know one has been posted but it wasn't iPhone 4 resolution so it doesn't work on retina, icons are all way off.

I prefer 4x4 to 3x3 but I'm getting used to it I suppose.

I to would like a 4x4 config file uploaded if anyone would be kind enough to do so i would be thankful.
 
Here is my completed 4x4 configuration on my iphone 4.



It took me a bit of fiddling so here are some instructions that should make it very quick to do.

1. Background.


2. Search Cydia for '4x4 Dense Layout for Iconoclasm' and apply it.

3. Turn on 'No Undocked Icon Labels' in Winterboard (Make sure it is at the top of the list).

4. I altered the positioning of the weather icon a bit to make it look more balanced. To do this navigate to "/Library/Themes/WeatherFurik.theme/Private/WeatherWidget/WeatherWidget.html' and open it in a text editor.

Look for this line
padding: 0px 0 0 0;

change to
padding: 10px 0 0 0;

Respring and you are done.

I would like to thank the OP and authors for the inspiration to do this.

Anyone know how to /increase/ the dock reflections? I just noticed how dim mine look on the wooden dock...perhaps lightening the opacity on SBDockMask?

NVM figured it out, you have to darken SBDockMask@2x, not lighten it.

Thanks for the background but i get an error every time i try to download the 4x4 layout via cydia

How come when I download this I do not get this full theme? I still just get the basic suave hd theme. The dark background or nothing is working. It just looks like suave hd.

I am doing it on my iPhone. Download via download manager and extracting and moving to the correct location via ifile. Any ideas?
 
I finally got this working. I really want a different facebook icon though. Where do I put it and what does it have to be named? Does anyone know? Doesn't it have to be in a folder named something certain like com.facebook maybe? This is my first time messing with icons in themes so it would be great if I could get some help. Thanks guys!
 
How do you get rid of the app names?

I'm going to start working on a whiteboard office theme (4x4) and I really don't want it to be there mucking up the design

Has anyone got infinifolders working when using
This theme?
I can only get 8 apps in a folder then they black out
 
when i open up a category that has more than 8 icons in it the only thing I see if the background with the weather, and the date, and a white space at the bottom where the dock background would be. Did i miss something or do something wrong?

by category I assume you mean folder?

It's a known issue with html widgets, when opening folders the background goes black. I'm not sure if there's a workaround or not, but like you said it also messes up the dock, so it's not just a matter of the image getting blacked out, the html widget screws the entire springboard up when a folder is opened.
 
Hmm I'm having a few questions

I can't seem to hide my icon labels. I checked them off in winter board and no dice!

Also, my phone hangs on the apple logo when I swap my font!

Lastly, where can I get some of that cool stuff on the original image?

For me, the no docked icon labels theme had to be positioned above the Suave HD theme in winterboard to work right. If it's below it on the list, it doesn't work for me.

What cool stuff are you referring to?
 
Could someone help me out, I'm using Transparent Status Bar for iOS4 but it's not making the status bar transparent on the SB, I've tried moving its order in Winterboard but that didn't work, any suggestions?
