iPhone Wipe phone while JB

I want to completely wipe everything except the JB off the phone (settings, content, JB Tweaks, themes, apps, etc) without losing the jailbreak and going to iOS 8.1.3.

Could someone give me some guidance? Thanks and your help is much appreciated.

When I've used it, yes. You do need to have OpenSSH installed beforehand though.
