Apple TV Wiping a jailbroken Apple TV2 ready to sell

I'm thinking of selling my Apple TV2 because it's not getting much use and I'd like advice on how to clear all my personal details without losing the Jailbreak. I'm guessing it will try to install the latest OS if I just use the restore function on the Apple TV?

It is running OS 5.0.2 and I used Seas0nPass for the JB. I'm no expert on Jailbreaking so please keep the answers simple. 🙂
 
I could be wrong but I don't think Apple TVs store much from an iTunes account. Maybe a movie that you are watching and login details but if you just log out does all of your personal info go away?
