Wiping / Re-setting 2009 MacBook for resale

I have a 2009 unibody white MacBook. I have kept it updated and replaced the HDD with an SSD and additional memory a few years back.

It has been replaced by a 2017 MBP.

How do I completely wipe/re-set the 2009 MacBook for re-sale? I want to clear it permanently of all personal information, history, data, etc.
