Wired power for wireless keyboard and mouse

Hi,

I am so tired of changing batteries for my keyboard and mouse. I went to the mac shop today and realised that the retail sets are using wires for their wireless mouse and keyboard to connect it to power points so that they don't need to change the batteries. Do you guys know where to buy the connectors?

What is the point of having a "wireless" keyboard that is wired to power? How about just buying a wired keyboard and save yourself the trouble?
