Wireless Beats 3 w/ AW S3`

Has anyone paired the two and has there been any issues?

I currently have the Beats 3 and will be using them w/ the AW S3 for running. Do not want to get AirPods.
 
I have the Solo 3's and they perform perfectly with my Series 2. I feel safe saying they'd be the same on the newer model as well.
