Wireless charger with NO LED

Hi all, I have scoured the internet looking for a wireless charger QI with fast charge that has NO LEDs or sounds but so far no joy. It’s wanted for the bedside table so ideally as ninja as possible!

Does anyone have any ideas or own something similar?

Why not use a black marker and paint over the LED?

I use a RawPower model, which actually has a pretty dim white LED and turns off when the phone is fully charged.

Thanks guys for the input but I am really looking for one with no LED at all.

Surely someone, somewhere must make one.

It might also has something to do with the Qi standard.

"3.2.3 Alignment Aids
Alignment aids assist the mobile device user in finding the charging zone. At least one method should be utilized. Examples of these could be retention clips that hold the device while aligning the inductive coils, magnets, visual target zones, alignment lights or providing a clearly identified charging zone that has an array of transmitter coils or a self-aligning transmitter coil."

So if it is a flat charger with a single coil, LED light appears mandatory.



Besides, not wanting to use black tape or black marker sounds a bit unreasonable to me.

It's understandable, but I would've thought it being a regulation to have an LED, so that people know that the charger is working.

But I guess you could just tap the phone to see.

Best you'll find is a charger that turns off the LED once phone's fully charged I think.

Looks like I will have to find one that can be covered up.
