Wireless charging problems

Any of you guys having problems with your phone being on the wireless charger?

I have a samsung one and when the phone is on the charger and a text comes through i hear the sound but the screen doesn't light up showing me the text. does the same thing with email as well. It works fine when its plugged into the regular wired charger.

If someone calls my phone while its on the wireless charger then itll light up and i can take the call.
