Wireless Charging Question

I have a Samsung wireless fast charge set up from my S7. Am I safe to use that for my iPhone X? With Samsung power brick and all? I’ve ready that the wireless charging pad itself is fine because it’s Qi, but in terms of wattage and style of the power brick, do I need to get something specifically made to fast charge the iPhone?

The Qi specification controls the power, I have a Samsung "Fast" charger and it works fine. It is fast for wireless, but not fast compared to wired chargers.

Awesome, thanks for the info. So if I want to do wired that’s where I need the USB-C to Lightining plus a compatible brick?
