Wireless connection between iPhone 6s+ and HDMI monitor

Hi, on Surface PRO 4, one could add a wireless connector to the back of the HDMI monitor so that it could serve as an external monitor for the SP4. Is there such product for iPhone 6s+ and perhaps also a Mac? How is the connections? Is it fast enough for playback of 4k videos?

You can use an Apple TV 3/4 to mirror your screen or to use it as a target for Airplay.

Thanks but MBP 2010 Mid has no Airplay support.

The roku 4 is the only current decent 4K option.

For video playback, it's supported. Just not for mirroring, screen extension, etc.
