Well i've finally broke into the wonderful world of wireless internet. I picked up a Belkin G router for $59 @ circuitcity today (had them price match bestbuy). Easy setup and now I can share docs between my PC and mac. Question though...will having files on the "shared folder" (that i initiated from my pc) lag the network any? Either way, it's a killer gig. Better late than never right?!

Simply having the files there won't lag the network. Transferring large files might lag the network as they're transferring, but that shouldn't be anything to worry about. If you're planning on working from documents on the shared folder, then maybe copy them across to your machine and work on them from there before copying them back so as to avoid any possible data loss, as unlikely as it it. :)
