Wireless in taskbar not working

My Wifi is working, but the icon is all greyed out with an X in it in the Taskbar. If I try to click on it, I get the pinwheel and then "SystemUIServer" locks up, and I have to force quit it in the Activity monitor.

Tried resetting the UIServer plist file along with my preferences Plist, and a PRAM reset as well. Have also tried going into settings and turning the Wireless icon off and back on again. Nothing is working.

Any ideas?
