wireless issue

my 2010 15' i7 has recently been dropping wireless. It will only drop after the computer is inactive for 2+ hrs. it has yet to drop while Im using it.

MBP is in clamshell while connected to my monitor.
router is a 1.5 year old time capsule but on 802.11 N

any ideas?
