Wireless keyboard compartment lid

I lost that small lid of the batteries compartment of the aluminum wireless keyboard.

Is there any way I can buy a spare?

From what I've read, Apple doesn't sell the cap on its own (ridiculous i know). Your best bet is making your own, or buying a broken keyboard on eBay for the parts.
