Wireless Keyboard Compatibility

Hi, was wondering whether this wireless keyboard set would be compatible with the mac. It doesn't list OSX as one of the OS's which are, but I had heard that keyboards and mice usually just worked on macs. Anyone have any idea?

Why would you get this? It would have a Windows key, it would lack a command key and many Mac Fn functions.
