All of a sudden, i went away from my laptop and returned, and the keyboard has stopped working. I couldn't reconnect it via Bluetooth. I change the batteries over and there isn't any green light at all. Is there anything I can try?

Model A1255

Just in case ... did you press the power button on the other end after you changed the batteries? :D

You might also try another set of batteries in case one of them was dead (or test them).

Make sure both were inserted positive end first.

Also, make sure tha batteries are in correctly... seems strange for it to suddenly die.

I did all of that. Checked the power button, checked the batteries. No response

The keyboard is suffer a previous battery leak which I cleared up a while ago. But it was working after that, now it suddenly dies. Perhaps they're connected.

try the little tinfoil ball trick.....search the forum here for it.

Thanks for this, it actually worked.

However, I still don't know if I should return the keyboard back and buy another second one - I don't know whether I'll get any more problems with this thing, or how robust the foil trick is.
