Hey,

So I have an Apple wireless keyboard (Aluminium/white keys) that I bought about 6 months ago and I have a problem with it.

I replaced the batteries a couple of months ago and I now need to replace them again, however, I can't open the endcap! I use a 2p piece, and it just stays stuck there, doesn't move and the coin just loses part of its edge.

Any ideas what I can do with this? Could I take it to an Apple store to get it sorted out?

Use a flat screwdriver.

You could take it to an Apple store to have it fixed or replaced. Make sure you bring a Mac with you as keyboards and mice are covered under your Mac's AppleCare.

Yeah, Screwdriver makes sense, it should be at least as hard a metal as the endcap, so shouldn't break it. Hopefully I can find one big enough to do it. My screwdriver sets are all precision ones 🙁
