I recently got the latest software upgrade for my aluminum Macbook and it caused my wireless to stop working. The computer recognizes the wireless network and is able to connect to it but I am not able to access the internet. I tried Safari, Firefox, Thunderbird, iChat, and tried checking for another software update. No luck.

Any ideas?

My wifi has been disconnecting from my router a lot tonight, i turned off the airport and then after a bit turned it back on again and its worked so far.........

Could have been some form of local interfearance blocking the signal or somthing....

This has been happening to me for the past two days. Also, all the other computers in the house are able to connect to the internet just fine.

Did you try to set the ip address and DNS server manually?
