Wireless Printer Help.

    Hey I've just set up a new printer with my Mac. (First time setting a printer up with any computer).

    Everything went smooth, but I can't get it set up wirelessly. It works over the USB cable fine, and I've ticked the sharing box's to print and scan but it just doesn't seem connected when I unplug it.

    Can anyone help?

    It would help if you gave some more details, such as:
    • What version of Mac OS X are you running?
    • Which printer are you trying to connect?

    What printer and what Mac OS X version do you use?

    Yeah you're right sorry. It's an HP Photosmart C4780 with 10.6.2.

    I can't find the printers IP address, it's not showing up on my router for some reason.

    Have you set up the printer to allow it to join your wireless network?

    I don't know how, I can see a set up guide or anything anywhere?
