I am looking for advice & help with networking.
I have a 2Wire Wireless Modem/Router with internal antenna. Can I add a Wireless router with a external antenna to boost the range ? (Grandkids iMac can't receive the signal 4 rooms away) If so; How do I hook it all up ? What would be the best one to get ?
At present my network is this:
My Intell iMac & 12" PB connects wirelessly.
My wife's MDD G4 uses a ethernet cable.
Want to add grandkids iMac G5 wirelessly.
Is there a better way to do this ?
I am disabled & have a wheelchair, so it's not practical for me to run wires.
