I'm thinking a USB hub is going to be vital with my new Air, but I'm curious about the wireless USB hub concept. Does anyone have one that they're using with an Air, and have thoughts?

Yes, USB hubs are good, but I have hardly ever used mine. It would definitely be a good idea if you use your MBA at home as your main computer... it could act as a dock.

I just have a bluetooth mouse and use the keyboard on the MBA at home... then I have my network hard drive and printers hooked up to my Airport extreme base station. That way I have access to all my peripherals at home wirelessly.

no, I don't want a wired hub, I want a wireless hub.

Want to know if anyone's using one.

I haven't tried the wireless hubs myself as they just seem like they wouldn't be very dependable.

FWIW, I have noticed that the general consensus of user reviews at NewEgg look pretty poor.
