I don't plan on giving up on my watch. I just have another watch that will get added to the rotation. I can't wait for the 24th! :)

I really like that bracelet on the Rolex. The one on my not so expensive Esquire looks similar. There are many other watches with bracelets like this one. I wish the Apple Watch would offer on in the future. I would buy it even at $449.

Thanks! I actually waited one year for the watch because at the time I was looking to buy the AD told me that a hidden clasp jubilee bracelet was coming out. Waited one year because it looked cleaner. Happy with it but I've had this for ten years now. Willing to try the Apple Watch and hopefully get a Day Date Rolex for my next two watches then I think I'll be done!

The Apple Watch has a different design language than analogue watches, and I'm not sure a Jubilee bracelet would look that great with it.

Paid $1000 or so for my Rolex Submariner back in 1985. Wore it religiously for decades. It is now in a drawer while I await the delivery of my SS  Watch.

To each his own. :D

After getting it in 2010, my penchant for all other watches has all but vanished.

I am glad that I didn't buy a Submariner back in 2010. Getting Apple stock back then turns out was a much better deal. But I won't sell any shares for the watches I ordered since it is still with holding on to.
