I wish there was a way to toggle on and off the mobile hotspot feature in the control center. And not have to go into the settings to turn it on and off every time.

3Dtouch the cellular, bluetooth, wifi, or airplane mode control. It's in there.

I asked the same thing a while back and was given the above answer... and its great
I still wish there was an option to have it directly in Control Center without the 3DTouch though

Yeah Id also prefer a single toggle but it’s better then nothen. Takes to much time to go into the settings just to turn it on. this way is definitely faster.
Yeah, it's in there as @adamhenry noted. I found it a while ago but accident when I just decided to 3d touch basically everything on the phone to understand if there was some functionality I could use to speed up phone use.
