All iPads With Anand Shimpi coming to Apple, can we expect 2GB RAM for 64-bit HW going forward?

Hopefully Anand's hiring will put an end to the Safari reloading fiasco on iOS devices running on 64-bit hardware. That is the most exciting part for me about his hiring. Dude will guide Apple toward the right path.

How you can make a connection like this is totally beyond me.

Discussion in the hardware team: "We really need to upgrade the RAM". "We need to, but we can't". "Why can't we?" "Because Anand Shimpi is not on the team!" Then suddenly: "We hired Anand Shimpi!" "Great, now we can increase the RAM size!"
