With El Capitan Beta 3 iTunes is not updating

Right now on El Cap Beta 3 and my iTunes no longer is updating with my phone in terms of playlists or songs. I can't even add songs to the library from Apple Music but I can on my phone. Yet when I do on my phone, it's not showing on the mac.
