iPad Pro With iPadOS 26, what can't an iPad Pro do compared with a MacBook Pro/Air?

The two things that I rely on laptop for are (i) complicated video-conferencing -where I share content, do polls, etc. and (ii) run LLMs locally (for privacy, because it's cool) on LMStudio [need a beefy MacBook Pro to do that].
