Withings Scale Help

Ok so I just bought a Withings Scale yesterday, and tried getting it all set up last night and then again this morning. I can get the Bluetooth connected but when I'm in the app for some reason it just doesn't want to connect. Has anyone had any similar problems?

Was able to set mine up without difficulty. I think sometimes you have to reset the scale to factory default and try again.

However, I have mine set up for WiFi sync instead of Bluetooth (I recommend WiFi over Bluetooth). It will sync with Withings servers and show up in your app 10-15 seconds later.

If you have issues where it won't connect to WiFi and sync your weight, I was able to figure out that band steering (2.4 -> 5 GHz) makes the scale very unreliable with WiFi. Sometimes it would connect, but most times not.

Thanks for the reply. However after a day of trying to get it to work with no luck I brought that guy back. I exchanged it for a Fitbit Aria.

I remember it took me like 6 tries to get it to work. Kinda weird.
