WMA to MP3??

If you drag a WMA into iTunes it will ask if you would like it to convert the file for you.

That works only on the Windows version of iTunes. For Macs, try EasyWMA. Of course, it's better to re-rip the tracks if possible, to ensure the best quality. :)

Don't. You'll be reencoding the file and making the sound quality worse. Encode the MP3 from the original, lossless source such as a CD or WAV file.

And if the original is a DRM encoded WMA, you are out of luck. The only thing you can do is burn it to an audio CD (if the Windows music player/online store software allows it) and re-rip in iTunes

I know, unfortunately the CD itself is loss. :(
