WMV files...can't open, what's up with that???

    Now that I've found this forum might as well ask this forever burning question I've had for a year now...LOL...ya, I know what took me so long to post it, right? Anyone know why I can't open these file types?

    Have you installed Flip4Mac or Perian Quicktime plugins?

    This topic has been asked many times. I suggest that you search for it.

    Try exhausting MRoogle first. If you can't find an answer there then you might really have a problem. :eek:

    WMV3 like freezeframe

    I have Flipmac WMV Quicktime player 7.5.5 and WMP series 9, yet if I want to play a video in WMV3 format it runs as a series of freezeframes. Any clues?

    WMV1 seems to run OK - I think, although it's sometime since I looked at that format.
