Maybe that means they've taken the server offline...?

Same here - 2.0 with no error messages. They're monkeying with the server I bet.

Well, it's addicting, isn't it? :p
 
mine goes to the white iPod screen and the aftyer a second of hope back to the ipod screen that has my settings.
 
Argh, I hope this goes through and works tonight--- the servers will be loaded as more people get iphones and ipods tomorrow.
 
oh, the 'white iPod screen' came up for 7 tantalizing, titillating and then traumatizing seconds as it returned to the summery page!

It shows that its loading and then goes write back to where it was.

Yep. That's what everybody gets, because you have to buy it by going to an iTunes store page. It's not like the previous firmware updates where it does it straight from there.
