Woman for a Day?

I'm totally confident in my masculinity+heterosexuality, however, I've I felt for a while that it could be cool to be a woman for just 24 hours. Just for the experience and to answer some *ehm* questions.

I wouldn't want to stay female...just wake up one day and be a woman for the day...go to bed and wake up the next day my normal self again! Anyone else ever felt like this or am I totally weird? :D

My only problem would be if I wound up spending all day staring at my boobs. :p

I guess the same question could be applied to women in reverse...though I'd probably be accused of being sexist and saying that women have penis envy. :D
 
Hell, my wife tells me every day she'd like it if I could take over the whole pregnancy thing for just a day for her...

But the way you describe it, it sounds rather Kafka-esque.

I'd love to be a dog for a day. My dog doesn't do anything. She sits around and we shower her with treats and kibbles.

Who wouldn't want that. ;)
 
You don't want to be a woman for a day, you just want to touch yourself as a woman for a day :D
 
I'll be honest, I've long thought it would be interesting to see the world from another point of view – be at as a different gender, a different ethnicity, a different species, or whatever. As others ahve said, I'm sure you'd learn a lot from the different viewpoint.

You're right, could be an issue. Tell you what, I'll do you a deal – you can spend all day staring a mine if I can spend all day staring at yours. ;)
 
The way men look at women ... I'm not sure I want to be looked at like that, even for a day.

I think I'd have a harder time being confident enough to threaten my own conformity as a woman.
 
Um... never wanted to be a man--except during that time of the month. Will probably wish I were with labor. I love being a woman otherwise. You're just missing out. :D
 
There's a bunch of anime stuff that deals with this kind of thing.

Needless to say they're all very strange.
 
I've wondered what it's like for the other gender, too.

How much easier in the business world for men? How long does it take to grow a really kickin' beard? Is it really that hard to take care of that body? (IE be more metro. :D)

Ah, Heinlein. Interesting book... but a bit disturbing. ;)

For me? Yeah, it'd be cool to try it out, just to see, but I wouldn't want to stay that way. If I could be a woman or a bird (non-English-slang version) for a day, though, I'd be a bird. Bird or whale? Whale.

But, barring animal transformations, I'd be a woman for a day. Maybe even a week or two.
 
Yeah it'd definitely be interesting. I've always wondered what it felt like to have ovaries and stuff™. :p

The movie I was talking about is actually called "Dating the Enemy".
 
I really like being me. I am really glad I am not a woman, and wouldn't want to be one for any amount of time. Simply because I like who I am (physically). For all the girls out there, go you for being you, just be happy with yourself, and I know you are just saying for 24 hours, but I still wouldn't want to try. IMO

I think I would certainly be willing to try anything, but as long as I could easily snap out of it. As others have said, seeing something from a different viewpoint would be very interesting, and exciting if one asked me.
