I agree with you completely,but America was gone after WW2,even earlier than that,no one cares what the founding fathers did or believed in.
But that mother has major issues.
She just used the bad grades as an excuse, she's wanted that hamster smoked for a long time.

Child abuse, in the UK at least, includes mental abuse. The social services would get involved here if this got out.
