Woman led into river by guide dog

Dog probably had one of the wham-fangled GPS systems it was following that gets trucks speeding off cliffs!

Two women were led into a river, but only one of them was visually impaired. What did the other woman suffer from, stupidity?

trying to help the other woman i would think. at least thats the only conclusion i came to.
And three rescue teams
? Must have been a deep river.

Come to think of it, one of the rescue teams probably had to go rescue another team that had driven into the river because of faulty GPS

I'm really sorry in advance for the insensitive nature of my comment, but this does have a great comedic value. It seems impossible considering there was another person with perfectly good eyesight.
from the original story linked it seems that both women fell when trying to help the guide dog, the likely owner of the dog and another one possibly helping her.
