That’s the thing though, attorneys _can_ make it appear as if the plaintiff has a legitimate case, why? Because the attorneys see the potential with a large company like Apple, where they have the money to ‘Pay out.’ The caveat being, Apple’s legal team isn’t comprised of ‘Newbies’, it’s a legal war until one of them folds, in which this case, the plantiff better have the funds for legal fee’s, if this case is debunked.
 
I actually do believe apple was trying to hide the notch with the planet marketing image. It actually fooled me too. But obviously not after looking at it in person. Lawsuit is dumb and won’t hold up, but I feel apple was trying to deceive people into going into the store to check out the phone.
 
For people who haven't actually read the filing, the main thrust of her argument isn't about the notch. It's about the pixel count and resolution.

Apple OLED pixels = 2 subpixels
Rest of industry "pixel" = 3 subpixels

The notch argument is just the cherry on top.
