Imagine what would happen if people sued British TV companies for flesh showing... There'd be nuffink to watch.

:)

And I'd be the countries richest man... with edesign a close second I suspect... heheheheheh :p

I can't see why the Yanks are getting soooo worked up about a bit of flesh. It's strange that a nation that is otherwise so advanced hasn't advanced much beyond it's puritanical roots - witness the furore over this, the apparent willingness to bomb people in other countries and the execution of murderers. We'll be seeing them reintroduce the burning of witches and the stoning of gay people next...

...My rant over...bring on the rednecks...

Does that mean I can sue Jordan for getting her arse out on the 6 O'clock news yesterday?

Put me right of a very nice cup of tea it did, where's my money?

The real crime was CBS pulling away from the shot of her boob only after like 2 seconds of showing it.... :D

Her breast has gotten more coverage than what's happening in the world. So what it was a boob, I would rather see that than a guys butt on TV...

edit: spelling errors

I completely agree. The turd blossom filing this lawsuit is one of many here in the states engaged in the new national pastime - the pursuit of quick, lazy $$$.

Selective morality is absolutely poisoning this country. Janet Jackson cannot bare her breast on national teevee, yet every magazine cover, commercial, and teevee show is saturated with sexual innuendo. It is all about who is bangin' who, who is not getting banged, who needs to be banged, and who needs to really be banged.

There are flags everywhere - cars, windows, clothing, outhouses - signifying our freedom but there are still many many places where homosexuals and African-Americans are not welcome and not allowed.

Ahhhhhh, life among the American Sheeple...

The naked breast isn't the real issue. The real issue is the Justin Timberlake performed violence on a women. It gives the wrong idea to young boys and men, that that kind of abuse of a female is OK!

The real beneficiary of this lawsuit will be the lawyers. In the end as usual all of us will pay.

I think the millions of superbowl viewers should sue this woman for being so damn annoying!! Seriously, how can she get up in the morning and see any respect for herself?

I bet her children have massive porn collections on their hard drives, anyways.

:D ;)

He pulled a bit of someone's clothing off... hardly violence. If he'd punched her then you'd have a point. We had an entry in the Eurovision song contest in the 80's where the two guys pulled the skirts off the two girls. Admittedly they had something on underneath.

Incidently that 'band' won it that year.

uhh, right... from the sound of things, it was mostly her idea, the only way this could possibly be considered "violence" is if he did it without her prior knowledge, causing her pain and embarassment. Did you see the outfit she was wearing? she did violence against herself

The real issue here is that Americans act like a bunch of 6th-graders whenever something like this happens. Guess what? 50% of people on earth have breasts! It's not a big deal! This sort of thing wouldn't be a publicity stunt if people had mature attitudes about the human body.

i just don't understand why mammary glands are such a freaking problem in the world. the woman that filed this suit has breasts, she sees them every day, how could she *possibly* be injured by this?

get ****ing over it, people!

this was poor judgement on cbs even having mtv involved and i hope the fcc levels fines on cbs. Lawyers will be happy:D push some paper and make lots of cbs money. worst superbowl halftime show and she didnt even have a decent looking tit.:p i wouldnt want my kids watching that crap but guess what its to late. some of you have to remember that the whole country isnt as morally corrupt as the rest of us.

They show Michael Jacksons face on television and the rest of the media all the time, and that has a greater chance of causing long lasting harm than Janet's breast.

Unless this lady is an A cup an very self conscious about her inadequate chest... and this lewd public display of breast has the lady hiding inside her house and speed dialing the therapist every 10 minutes.
