Technically if you wanted 5s-specific wallpapers (which implies iOS 7's support for Parallax), the wallpaper size should be 1536x1050.

Sorry: I meant to write 1040 instead of 1050. But really any of those should be fine. The point is that the wallpapers are supposed to be larger than the iPhone's native resolution so as to allow extra space for the Parallax effect.

You'll notice that 1536x1040 is 400 pixels larger than the iPhone display's resolution in both direction. Probably a semi-arbitrarily chosen number.
