With 8.3 I lost my pics inside the folders that display on right panel of TunesGo Retro. They are all in the Main Photo Library on right panel.

Lost them on iPhone also. Did a iTunes Restore.

Updated to the latest version that supports 8.3. Never got prompted there was an Update. Got all pics/folders back on TunesGo along with iPhone.

However, there are now duplicates of most the folders on iPhone and showing in TunesGo.

Not sure how to delete the iPhone folders on iPhone. I can on TunesGo, or should be able to, haven't tried yet.

My concern is which duplicate to delete. Not, knowing which one is tied to my most recent iTunes backup. Or, does it matter. Should I just delete the backups on TunesGo, which should give me one folder everywhere, then do a new iTunes backup.

Advice appreciated.

Thanks

Ken

I fixed it thru TunesGo on the dups. Did an iTunes BackUp.

Will see when I restore

Only sisue now is if I add multiple photos from my MBP to a TunesGo folder then see there is one or two I didn't want, it deletes all I imported.

I have a support ticket to WonderShare on my other issue that I resolved. Will ask on this problem.
