MP 6,1 Won’t boot, no chime, no display

My 2013 Mac Pro 6,1 suddenly turned off and now it won’t boot at all- sometimes the ports light up, then turn off and nothing engages. Other times it technically turns on (fans on, signs of life) but doesn’t make it to chime and I get “no display” from all display ports.

I’ve tried everything I can think of. Power cycle, pram, reset ram in slots, booted without ram. Can’t boot to safe.

Please help!
