won't sync contacts with google

    my mac book air 10.8, won't sync contacts with google. will sync calendar but not contacts? I check the box, put correct account info in, hit "sync now" and nothing happens. Thoughts. Help!

    It's been quite some time since I set mine up, unfortunately I've forgotten the exact steps. However if you go to Google Help, they have the exact instructions there. It's quite fast & easy.
