Won't sync contacts

Installed Watch os5 beta 4 and didn't fix my contacts syncing issue. Still shows email addresses.
[doublepost=1531861936][/doublepost]update. go to apple watch app on iPhone > General > Reset > reset sync data and it fixed my issues. My names show up in messages and not their email addresses

So far so good. Just updated to B4 and on watchOS 4.3.2. I haven't modified any contacts yet

Installing IOS 12 beta 4 solved the issue for me. (On watch os5 beta 3). I went into the phone app and it loaded after a minute.

Turn of contacts in icloud then turn it back on and the watch re sends them and all works fine

Anyone try to modify contacts either by adding, deleting, or merging/linking? If so, did they stick or clear out?
