wont turn on?

ok my macbook wont turn on yet it sounds like it is running and the power light goes on when the tops down but when i put it up it goes off?

Take it in to apple for repair...but before that, do you think your brightess settings might be down too much?

no ive never even touched the brightness settings

There are brightness buttons on the keyboard (there are on my pb anyway)

Could you have hit it by accident?
