Hmm, it gets better. The little pictures now show my item as "Shipped" (whereas previously it was just "Partially Shipped").
However, under the two copies of Jaguar in the actual manifest it says "No items shipped'.
So apparently my order has both shipped and not shipped. Seems Schrodinger's Cat was a Jaguar.

Well, we finally got tracking numbers - it looks like it'll be here tomorrow.
However, some poor Apple Customer Service Rep is going to get an earful early tomorrow morning. We paid for next day service - which came to $23 for the two copies. They shipped it yesterday - second-day air. Second-day air shipping for two copies of Jaguar is $5.
Now, since it'll be here on Friday I've no real problem with them downgrading the shipping, as long as it gets here in time. What I do have a serious problem with is Apple pocketing $23 and then sending it via the $5 shipping option. They already charged the shipping on the 18th, which is handy as it'll thus be a separate charge on the card from the actual software.
We are going to get that extra $18 back, even if it means disputing the charge with Amex, just on principle. I wouldn't even have complained if they'd shipped it today so it'd get here tomorrow, but..grrrrr, think I need to go calm down.

awrc- did you order online or on the phone? also, did you get an email with the tracking #'s or did you call?
Finally got my shipping notice and tracking number. Looks like it will be here by tomorrow....GREAT. Apple site still has that partial shipment thing with the blue "No Items Shipped" verbage, yet it shipped yesterday.

mine shipped on the 21st and i just got the notice... i ordered 2 day but yet it was delivered (well, attempted delivery) today... so i will make sure i'm here to get it tomorrow... whoo!

On the phone. Got the e-mail with the tracking number last night (i.e. Thursday night) telling me that it had in fact shipped on Wednesday.
Oh, and my bitching to Apple Customer Service (well, my wife's bitching, she's better at it than me) about them sending it 2nd day when we'd paid for overnight had results - we ended up getting the overnight shipping fee refunded.

Well I got my copy this morning, but I cant install it till I go back to my dorm. Which I won't be at till tomorrow morning cuz I staying at home so mydrive to the Aspen Grovestore will be closer.
